These Terms of Service govern your use of aurabella.qa and purchases made from Aura Bella. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject always to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the State of Qatar.
1. Qatar Consumer and E-Commerce Rules
We intend to operate this website in accordance with applicable Qatari law, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Transactions and Commerce. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. Products and Product Information
We sell perfumes and related fragrance products described on the website. We aim to provide accurate product names, sizes, prices, images and descriptions. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary slightly where a manufacturer changes its packaging without changing the product itself.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you to cancel the unavailable item or the order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
3. Prices, Offers and Discounts
Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Any applicable delivery charge is shown before the order is placed. Promotional prices, discount codes and offers may be subject to stated conditions, stock availability and validity periods.
If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct or cancel the affected order. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
4. Orders and Contract Process
To place an order, select your products, review your bag, provide the requested customer and delivery information, review the displayed price and delivery charge, and select Place COD order.
After submission, the website creates an order record and reference. We may contact you to confirm delivery details. An order may be refused or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of stock unavailability, invalid customer information, suspected misuse, a material pricing error or another lawful reason.
5. Payment
Aura Bella currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due in QAR when the order is delivered. Please have the required amount available at delivery unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered by us.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within Qatar. The standard delivery charge is QAR 15 for orders below QAR 150. Orders of QAR 150 or more receive free delivery. The fee shown in your checkout summary is the fee applicable to that order.
Same-day delivery in Doha is subject to order time, stock availability, delivery capacity, correct address details, customer availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may contact you if a delivery requires rescheduling.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched or delivered. Any cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Returns, Defects and Refunds
Returns, damaged products, incorrect products and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in either document excludes a remedy or consumer right that applies under Qatari law.
9. Customer Information and Privacy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is intended to reflect applicable requirements including Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy.
10. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not use the website to:
- submit false, fraudulent or misleading orders or information;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with website security, availability or normal operation;
- copy, misuse or commercially exploit website content in violation of applicable rights; or
- use the website for an unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
Aura Bella website content, layout, original text and store branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party perfume brand names, logos and product marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website is for identifying products offered for sale and does not by itself imply sponsorship by the trademark owner.
12. Website Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or maintenance may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Bella is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, delivery arrangements, payment methods or legal requirements change. The version published on aurabella.qa at the time of your order will apply to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts of Qatar, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection procedures and rights that apply.
